- Excuse me? Then exactly what are Microsoft doing? Mind you they do sell
- mice, joysticks, keyboards, games, apps etc. also but their main income is
- from their "OSes".
-
- You should have said AT cannot make money/live on AmigaOS alone (yet).
- With the Power Amiga or when AmigaOS goes PPCP compliant, that is exactly
- what they will be trying to do as they will not be using any of their own
- technology really, turning AT into a box builder and mover like Escom.. I
- guess that is what they do best, its unfortunate they do not have the
- brains and money to continue developing their own technologies and
- existing ones that they acquired. Let's hope some chip company will
- clone the Amiga chipset and expand on it like they did with PC chips, if
- AT won't do it themselves.
